Place the dry ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
Whisk the oil and milk together in a jug.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry and fold together (the batter should be lumpy and mixing should take no more than 15 folds).
Grease or line a muffins pan with 8 cases and divide the mixture between them.
Sprinkle each muffin with the granola.
Bake at GM5/190C/180 Fan for 20 - 25 mins until risen.
TIP: Make them vegan by substituting your usual plant milk and sprinkling with oats.
