Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4 and lightly grease two baking trays.
In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugars until smooth. Beat in the eggs and vanilla essence.
In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, bicarbonate of soda and salt. Add this dry mix to the creamed mixture, then stir in the Mornflake Oats, chocolate chips, raisins and pecans.
Drop tablespoons of the dough onto the baking trays, leaving at least 5cm between each spoonful to allow each cookie to spread.
Bake for eight minutes for chewy cookies or 12 minutes if you prefer them crispier.
