In a bain marie or a home-made water bath, melt the chocolate.
Set the water bath aside keeping the bowl of chocolate in the water to keep it warm.
Add the Jumbo Oats and milk to a saucepan and stir thoroughly.
Place over a high heat and bring to the boil.
Reduce the heat to a simmer and stir the oats constantly for 5-6 mins or until you have a nice thick porridge consistency.
In the last minute of cooking add the dried chilli flakes and stir thoroughly through the porridge.
Pour the cooked porridge into bowls.
Make a well in the centre of the porridge and pour in the melted chocolate.
Sprinkle the coconut, extra chilli flakes and grate the remaining chocolate over the porridge.
Serve hot and enjoy the porridge by taking a spoonful of Porridge and dipping it into the chocolate well.
