    Soak 3 tablespoons of Mornflake Oatbran in 120ml / 1/2 cup hot water overnight.

    In the morning, add to a blender with 120g / 1/2 cup dairy free yogurt, 2 pitted dates and 1 tbsp cocoa powder.

    Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
