    Preheat the oven to 160oc (fan assisted).

    In a food processor, combine the prunes, almond butter, coconut oil and honey until a gooey paste forms.

    Place into a large mixing bowl and stir in the walnuts, goji berries, pumpkin seeds and 100g of the oats.

    With your hands mix in the rest of the oats a little at a time until all combined.

    Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper and firmly pat down the mixture into the tray (approximately 2cm in depth).

    Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.

    Remove and allow to cool before chopping into bars and storing in an airtight container.
