    Place the oats, water and milk into a saucepan and stir thoroughly.

    Place saucepan over high heat and stirring constantly cook for 2 mins.

    Add the saffron and stir in.

    Then add the goji berries and cook for a further minute or until you have a nice thick Porridge.

    Pour the Porridge into two bowls.

    Garnish with the extra goji berries.

    Serve hot and enjoy a super Porridge breakfast.
