Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) gas mark 4 and lightly oil a 20cm / 8in square cake tin.
Melt the butter or margarine and honey together in a large saucepan then stir in the Mornflake Oats and raisins.
Press the mixture into the prepared tin.
Bake in the oven for 20 - 25 minutes until golden brown. Mark into fingers while still hot, then leave to cool in the tin until cold.
