    Blitz the Mornflake Oats in a food processor for two minutes to make fine crumbs. Heat the oil in a large frying pan over a medium heat.

    Coat each haddock fillet in flour, then egg and finally in the oats and put into the frying pan. Cook for three minutes on each side.

    Drain on kitchen towel and season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately with crispy chips, garden peas and a slice of lemon.
