First add your almond butter date syrup and mashed bananas into a food processor and blend well to a paste.
Then add your oats, seeds and raisins to the mixture and mix well nail the dry ingredients are evenly covered.
Then tip the mixture into a lined brownie tin ( or a tin with removable bottom) and press mixture into the corners evenly until it's flat. Bake for 25-30 mins on 160c or until golden brown on top.
Allow to cool completely!
For the chocolate topping: Mix ingredients together until you get a nice velvety chocolate consistency.
Pour mixture over the cooled oats (still in the brownie tin) and smooth over with a spatula.
Put in the fridge to harden.
Once set remove the tin and cut into bars. Enjoy!
Keep in an airtight container for a few days.
