Tip the porridge oats in a pan and stir in the cacao powder, maca powder (if using) and stevia.
Pour in the almond milk and bring to the boil, then turn down to a simmer.
Stir in the orange juice and zest and cook for about 5-8 minutes, until the oats are cooked and some of the liquid has been absorbed.
Dish out between two bowls, decorate with the orange slices and sprinkle over flaked almonds. Dig in while it’s hot!
Note: You could transform this recipe into an easy smoothie! Simply make the recipe according to instructions, but leave to cool completely then add to a blender with ½ cup extra almond milk and another spoonful of cacao powder for extra chocolatiness and whizz up until smooth!
