    Boil the milk, cream and vanilla pod in a saucepan.

    Whisk the egg yolk with the sugar in a bowl and fold into the milk, cream and vanilla before heating to 82 Degrees.

    Transfer the vanilla cream sauce in a container and keep it in the freezer.

    Using a double boiler, melt the butter with the chocolate.

    Mix the egg with the sugar in a bowl.

    Add the flour to the chocolate and butter mixture.

    Finish with the Mornflake Original Oat Granola.

    Pour into a mould and bake at 180 degrees for 15-18 min before cooling down.
