    Preheat the oven to 160°C/140°C fan/GM 3. Line a 25 x 15cm baking tray with parchment paper and grease with some butter.

    Place the butter, honey and sugar into pan and place over a low heat until melted and starting to bubble. Stir well.

    Whilst the butter mixture is melting place all the other ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Pour the butter mixture in and mix well.

    Tip the mixture into the baking tray and press it down firmly using the back of a wooden spoon.

    Bake for 40mins until golden – allow to cool in the tin before cutting into pieces.
