To prepare a delicious Oatmeal:
Boil 500ml of water in a saucpan. Slowly add 45g of Mornflake Oatmeal, stiring continueously. Keep stiring gently until there are signs of thickening. reduce the heat and allow to simmer for about 20 mins or longer if a thicker porridge is desired.
