* This product typically contains approximately 100 ppm gluten (i.e. 100 mg of gluten per kilogramme of product). Oats also contain Avenin – this is a protein that is like gluten. Research shows that most people with coeliac disease can tolerate Avenin – a very small number of people with coeliac disease however are sensitive to oats and need to avoid them. We know that many consumers with coeliac disease enjoy Mornflake oat products on a daily basis – if, however, you are concerned Coeliac UK have some useful information on notes here, or please speak to your healthcare team.
Serving Suggestion
Served simply with fresh, chilled milk but for an extra fruity taste try grating fresh apple on top or adding fresh berries. If you like making your own bread how about adding muesli to your mix for a more interesting loaf that can be served either sweet or savoury.
