How To Cook Them
To prepare an energy packed porridge:
Simply mix 30g (approx 4 tbsps) of Ready-Steady-Oats in a bowl with 150ml of boiling milk (or water), stirring gradually until you’re happy with the consistency. Add sugar or honey to taste. Ready to go!
To prepare in a microwave oven:
As above but using a non-metallic bowl stir in the 150ml of cold milk (or water). Microwave on full power* for 2 mins, stirring halfway through. After cooking stir briskly again, leave to stand for 2 mins and then serve.
*Based on 800W microwave oven, so if yours is different please adjust time accordingly.
