Community-conscious Mornflake has joined a number of key sponsors supporting the Nantwich Food and Drink Festival 2012.
The event gives a big boost to the local economy by attracting more than 30,000 people into the town centre where we will have a high-profile presence in the Civic Hall which is being turned into gourmet centre with many stalls for the event.
We have joined Cheshire East Council and a number of South Cheshire-based businesses, including Bentley, in throwing its weight behind the festival taking place over the weekend September 14th-16th.
Festival chairman Deborah Robb said: "We are very grateful to Mornflake who have become much-valued partners of the festival. Our aim is top help boost the local economy by pulling thousands of people into town over a weekend when things normally quieten down for tourism. To have gained the support of such a high profile sponsor is a real coup for the festival which is a not-for-profit organisation so any support we can get is vital."
The festival, run by volunteers, will once again be a free event to anyone who would like to enjoy its mouth-watering array of attractions.
