Staff and students at South Cheshire College made a healthy start to the working week by taking advantage of free Mornflake cereal promotions. We dished out hundreds of cereals and porridges at the College's main entrance as people rolled up to the Crewe campus on Monday 8th December.
Staff and students gained a taste for different cereal and porridge ranges including fruit and nut muesli and raisin, honey and almond granola. Richard Jones, Marketing Manager at Mornflake, was pleased to be able to stage the promotional stunt at the College along with this Marketing and Sales team. Richard said: "We were delighted to link up with South Cheshire College to offer this free breakfast promotion.
"As a Crewe-based company, it was great to offer this promotion to staff and students at South Cheshire College which is an excellent institution at the heart of the community.
"We are looking forward to working more closely with South Cheshire College in the future and promotional activities like this help to raise awareness of the exciting and delicious breakfast products we provide."
The team from Mornflake will be returning to college on Monday 15th December to offer another free early morning promotion. Richard added: "We are looking forward to coming back to South Cheshire College next week to raise awareness of our different brands."
Mornflake is also sponsoring the College's Starting Point Child Care with its breakfast range for six months to encourage a healthy start to the children's day. South Cheshire College has a variety of catering outlets on its campus including Costa Coffee, Salad Bar, Terrace Café and The Academy restaurant.
Mark Parsons, Director of Facullty for Enterprise and Services at South Cheshire College, said: "We are very grateful to Mornflake for coming into college to offer our staff and students a free breakfast.
"Mornflake are sponsoring us with some of our cereals and porridges so this was a great way for staff and students to sample cereals and encourage them to purchase them in college."
